What is your service guarantee?Weissman Music Limited Warranty All deeply discounted flutes are play-tested by flute professionals and leave our shop in mechanically sound condition. Our Limited Warranty covers the structural integrity of the flute including solder failure for a period of one year from date of purchase. A One-Year Extended Warranty which covers leaks and adjustments may be purchased for an additional $350. The Limited Warranty does not cover: 1.Damage, deterioration or malfunctioning due to accident, misuse or abuse or unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification. 2.Normal wear and tear and clean, oil and adjust (COA) which are considered regular maintenance. 3.Deterioration of finish/plating due to perspiration or corrosive atmosphere. 4.Springs, pads and felts, shimming of key pads, adjustment of keys, adjustment of key motion (including binding), and adjustment of headjoint or footjoint fits.

What are the conditions for trial?We are honored to have you try our fine selection of flutes and/or piccolos. Even better, we are happy to provide you with truly great prices as a result of our overstock inventory. Instrument(s) are available for a 7-day trial period with credit card authorization. A shipping fee plus insurance is charged for delivery and return of the instrument(s). The fee is waived with purchase. We respectfully request that you please: •Remove all jewelry before playing to prevent any scratches. •Wipe the connecting barrels and tenons of the flutes each time before assembly to prevent gouges and scratches resulting from dust and dirt. •Dry the instruments after playing with a cleaning rod and lint free cloth. •Wipe the body and keys carefully to remove fingerprints. Use caution not to rip the pads by allowing the cleaning cloth to rub against the pads when wiping the exterior of the flute. •Keep the instruments in its case for protection when not playing. •Do not subject wood instruments to extreme temperature changes. •Do not blow into wood instruments to warm them up. Please contact us on the 7th day of trial or let us know if you need a little more time. All sales are final. Some exceptions may be made in extenuating circumstances if immediate notice is given per our discretion. A 10% restocking may apply. We reserve the right to charge for full cost of the instrument(s) on trial if they are lost and/or stolen. Any damage incurred to instrument(s) due to accident, negligence or misuse will be charged for repairs at the rate of $110 per hour. What is the process for returns and refunds?RETURN PROCESS To begin the return process, please email us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA number, place the items securely and sufficiently protected in its original packaging and mail your return via UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority to the following address: JWeissman Music Co. Inc. ATTN: Returns, RMA # Suite 325 176-25 Union turnpike NY 11366 Please note, you will be responsible for all original and return shipping charges. REFUND PROCESS If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange (less applicable shipping). All instrument returns must be requested within 14 days of date of delivery. All returned items must be in new and undamaged condition. All accessory and non-instrument returns must be requested within 30 days of date of delivery. All returned items must be in new and undamaged condition. *After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 –10 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
